Grupe is proud to be partnering again with William Warren Group on this 4 story, 91,878 gross square foot, Storquest Self Storage facility. Upon completion, the facility will boast  65, 585 rentable square feet, leasing 824 climate-controlled units. This new facility will feature institutional quality improvements and is ideally located at the busy intersection of Watt and Whitney in the Arden-Arcade area, one of the most well developed and economically diverse areas of Sacramento. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2026.
