Cynthia joined The Grupe Company in early 2017. In her current role, she oversees day‑to‑day operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio. With 18 years of experience in property management, Cynthia brings a steady, solution-driven approach to both resident relations and asset performance.

A licensed California real estate agent, Cynthia holds the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification through IREM and is actively pursuing her AcoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) designation. Her combination of hands‑on operational expertise and formal industry training allows her to navigate complex challenges with clarity, consistency, and a strong people‑first mindset.

Cynthia and her family live in Elk Grove. Outside of work, she is a dedicated foster parent for the Elk Grove Animal Shelter, specializing in underage and medically fragile kittens.
