Al rejoined the Grupe Company in 2026 as Vice President of Forward Planning, having previously served as a project manager 2003-2007. In this role, he oversees feasibility, land use entitlement, and predevelopment processing for the company. Al has more than 35 years’ experience in real estate development and home building in Northern California including public sector experience with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. Al holds a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University Sacramento and an MBA degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Illinois.
