Michael Kristoff is the Financial Controller at The Greenlaw Grupe Jr. Operating Company (GOC) based in Stockton, CA. GOC is a multifaceted entity that focuses on Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Apartments, Self-Storage facilities, Agricultural, and Resort communities. Michael is responsible for all financial activities of GOC, as well as the oversight of Greenhorn Creek Golf Resort in Angels Camp, CA. Michael works directly with Greenlaw “Fritz” Grupe, Jr. on all matters relating to GOC’s investments, strategic planning, and financing activities.
Prior to GOC, Michael’s background includes 20 years in resort and hotel industry from the Omni Netherland in Cincinnati, OH to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Sunnyside Lodge and Resort, as well with one of the largest leasing companies in the United States.
Michael graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Business Bachelor of Arts and has held numerous board positions with the Boys and Girls Club, Calaveras Visitor Bureau, Destination Angels Camp, and Grace Hills Covenant church. An avid skier and snowboarder, he has also been heli-skiing in Alaska and the Himalayas.
